I have called Microsoft Support and they have done many repairs to software for Office 365 and spent 20 minutes re-initializing Windows 10 that I just purchased and installed on a newer 64 bit desktop computer. Then, eventually, it seems that the keyboard catches up at some point and types in the last few letters that I have typed.


I will start typing on all kinds of applications including all Office Apps and on a Chrome Browser and the cursor just blinks.
